President Jacob Zuma delivered the State of the Nation address on Thursday 11 February, marking the 26th anniversary of the release of President Nelson Mandela from prison.In the State of the Nation Address, President Jacob Zuma called for the eradication of the 'demon of racism’, reminding South Africans that economic growth was the fastest way to reduce inequality and lift fellow South Africans out of poverty.
