Welcome to the official website of the South African Embassy in Turkey. This website serves to promote South Africa's interest and facilitate government to government and people to people, and business to business relations with Turkey, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan. Similarly, we seek to promote trade and investment relations (economic relations) and to provide consular assistance.

In 1994, South Africa managed to end apartheid rule and introduced a new constitutional order, wherein all work towards building a united, non-racial, non-sexist, democratic and prosperous society has been successfully established.

Turkey is a long trusted friend of South Africa and this website provides information both on bilateral relations between the Republic of Turkey and the Republic of South Africa and services provided by this Embassy. There are growing opportunities for Turkish companies and professionals to contribute to the growth of the Republic of South Africa to improve our economic, political and cultural/sports relations.
