WANT A DAY OFF WORK!

So you want a day off, Let’s take a look at what you are asking for.
There are 365 days per year available for work. 
There a 52 weeks per year in which you have already have 2 days off per week, leaving 261 days available for work.
Since you spend 16 hours each day away from work, you have used up 170 days, leaving only 91 days available.
You spend 30 minutes each day on tea/coffee breaks which counts for 23 days each year, leaving only 68 days available.
With 1 hour lunch break each day, you used up another 46 days, leaving only 22 days available for work.
You normally spend 2 days per year on sick leave and this leaves only 20 days per year available for work.

Full Birth Certificate

Full birth certificates are issued upon request to persons who are South African citizens and whose births were duly registered in South Africa.
Requirements
  •     Completed form BI-154 (www.home-affairs.gov.za/documents/bi-154.pdf)
  •     Completed form BI-529E (www.home-affairs.gov.za/forms/citizenship/bi-529.pdf)
  •     Prescribed fee of € 6.00 to be deposited into the Embassy bank account
  •     Copy of abridged birth certificate

Registration of Foreign Birth (persons under 1 year)
Requirements

  •     Completed form BI-24 *
  •     Completed form BI-529E (www.home-affairs.gov.za/forms/citizenship/bi-529.pdf)
  •     Prescribed fee of € 6.00 to be deposited into the Embassy bank account
  •     Copy of parents South African passports
  •     Certified copy of Birth Registration Sample (Dogum Kayit Ornegi) from the Civil Registrar’s Office (Nufus Muderlugu) and original
  •     Marriage certificate of parents (if applicable)

Registration of Foreign Birth (persons 1 year up to 15 years)
Requirements

  •     Completed form BI-24/1 *
  •     Completed form BI-529E (www.home-affairs.gov.za/forms/citizenship/bi-529.pdf)
  •     Prescribed fee of € 6.00 to be deposited into the Embassy bank account
  •     Copy of parents South African passports
  •     Certified copy of Birth Registration Sample (Dogum Kayit Ornegi) from the Civil Registrar’s Office (Nufus Muderlugu) and original (if applicable)
  •     Marriage certificate of parents (if applicable)

  •     Marriage certificate of parents (if applicable)

MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE

Persons who were married in South Africa and whose marriages were registered in South Africa may apply for their marriage certificates subject to the following requirements:

  •     Completed form BI-130 (www.home-affairs.gov.za/documents/bi-130.pdf)
  •     Prescribed fee of € 6.00 to be deposited into the Embassy bank account

  •     Copy of foreign spouse passport


LETTER OF NO IMPEDIMENT

This document is issued by Home Affairs to confirm marital status.
Requirements

  •     Completed form BI-529E (www.home-affairs.gov.za/forms/citizenship/bi-529.pdf)
  •     Letter of request from applicant
  •     Prescribed fee of € 4.00 to be deposited into the Embassy bank account


DEATH CERTIFICATE

Death Certificates of persons who died in South Africa can be obtained by formal application.
Requirements

  •     Completed form BI-529E (www.home-affairs.gov.za/forms/citizenship/bi-529.pdf)
  •     Completed form BI-132 (www.home-affairs.gov.za/documents/bi-132.pdf)
  •     Prescribed fee of € 6.00 to be deposited into the Embassy bank account
