A constitutional referendum was successfully held in The Republic of Turkey on Sunday, 16 April 2017. 
As a result 51.3 % said “Yes” and 48.1 % said "No" in a tight race to decide on whether to shift to an executive presidential system.

White hair

One day a little girl was sitting and watching her mother do the dishes at the kitchen sink. She suddenly noticed that her mother had several strands of white hair sticking out in contrast on her brunette head. 
She looked at her mother and inquisitively asked, "Why are some of your hairs white, Mom?" 
Her mother replied, "Well, every time that you do something wrong and make me cry or unhappy, one of my hairs turns white."

The little girl thought about this revelation for a while and then said, "Momma, how come ALL of grandma's hairs are white?"

The South African Embassy in partnership with the Istanbul Municipality organized a jazz concert on the occasion of the 20 Years of Freedom and Democracy of South Africa on 25 November at the Bakırköy CemKaraca Culture Center in İstanbul. The concert was sponsored by Arcelik, Berk, Mutlu Aku and Turkish Airlines.

Judith Sephuma is a multi-award winning South African eclectic singer with a highly versatile vocal and performance prowess generally known for her multiple selling jazz albums. She has collaborated on recordings with various equally highly successful musicians across different genres including the likes of Michael Bolton, Ringo Madlingozi, Oliver Mtukudzi, Pastor Benjamin Dube,  Dj Pepsi, just to name a few.  Her much critically acclaimed multi-platinum debut album titled A Cry, A Smile, A Dance was released in 2001. Adding to her 4 multiple award selling studio albums was a LIVE DVD & CD titled A LEGACY: LIVE IN CONCERT recorded at The Lyric Theatre, Johannesburg. She also recently released another well received full worship/gospel/spiritual-inspired album, THE EXPERIENCE: Live in concert.
